If Trump actually goes through with the sweeping tariffs across the board and the mass deportations of millions, how do you think that'll affect inflation and the economy? Surely inflation will shoot up and the economy will nosedive?

Yes - it depends how sweeping the tariffs actually are. I think most of it is tough talk for negotiating purposes, but if he ends up enforcing high tariffs, that would certainly have inflationary effects that could spook markets.

Similarly, with deportations, it depends how orderly they're executed. If he focuses on criminals, he's probably not going to get much criticism. But if he has the army knocking on doors, he'll likely have riots in the streets.

It's always challenging with Trump to assess what's tough talk and hyperbolic vs what he's actually prepared to do.
